The Gluten Free Fork- Vegetarian Mamma

I totally love this lady. Cindy Gordon, a.k.a. Vegetarian Mamma, is just as genuine as they come. It comes through when she writes for her own website and when she writes for Gluten Free and More magazine. I met Cindy when she was a vendor at the Lansing Gluten Free Fair, and we've become fast and life-long friends. You could say she's my GF BFF.

Cindy is a wonderful and creative cook. When her boys had allergies to peanuts, tree nuts, and soy, she kind of had to be. Even though her children have been blessed to outgrow these allergies, she's still faithful to the nut-free community. All of her recipes are vegetarian, gluten-free and nut-free. Not a vegetarian? I still recommend looking at her recipes. She has may great side dishes Also, any meal made with a vegetarian substitute (tofu, etc.) could easily be replaced with your favorite protein. Her recipes are so easy to follow!

Of course, there's more to life than vegetables and main dishes. Cindy also has a great dessert cookbook full of recipes that kids and the young at heart will enjoy. This short and simple cookbook is filled with recipes for cookies, cupcakes and more! Two words- S'mores cookies!

In honor of Celiac Disease Awareness Month, Cindy is offering copies of each book to one lucky winner. Winners must live within the continental United States. To enter, comment below about what gluten-free recipe YOU most enjoy cooking. Earn extra entries with the Rafflecopter program below.
